En el presente artículo se analizará la normativa aplicable para establecer el plazo de ejecución de sentencias laborales cuando el demandado es el Estado; así como se interpretará la Ley General de Presupuesto para determinar cómo debe actuar la entidad para cumplir con el pago de las deudas laborales.

This paper will analyze the applicable regulations to establish the term of execution of labor judgments when the defendant is the State, as well as the interpretation of the General Budget Law to determine how the entity must act to comply with the payment of labor debts.
