Resumen
Las entidades empleadoras que otorguen cobertura de salud a sus trabajadores en actividad, mediante servicios propios o a través de planes o programas de salud contratados con las EPS, gozarán de un crédito respecto de las aportaciones correspondientes a los afiliados regulares en actividad. Para ello, y a efecto de gozar de dicho crédito, las entidades empleadoras que no cuenten con servicios propios de salud deberán contratar el plan y la EPS, elegidos por mayoría absoluta de sus trabajadores mediante votación universal.
En este informe se ha analizado el procedimiento para el cálculo del referido crédito.

ABSTRACT
Employing entities that grant health coverage to their workers in activity, through their own services or through health plans or programs contracted with the EPS, will enjoy a credit with respect to the contributions corresponding to regular members in activity. For this, and in order to enjoy said credit, the employing entities that do not have their own health services must contract the plan and the EPS, elected by an absolute majority of their workers by universal vote. In this report the procedure for calculating the referred credit has been analyzed.
