RESUMEN
El presente artículo trata acerca del protocolo de fiscalización de las obligaciones del régimen de los trabajadores del hogar. Se analizarán las características de los sujetos inspeccionados y el procedimiento inspectivo propiamente dicho. El procedimiento inspectivo consta de tres partes, las cuales se desarrollan antes, durante y después de la fiscalización. Por último, se detallarán las infracciones y las multas cometidas por el incumpliendo de las obligaciones laborales.

ABSTRACT
The present article deals with the protocol of control of the obligations of the system of domestic workers. The characteristics of the subjects inspected and the inspection procedure will be analyzed. The inspection procedure consists of three parts, which are developed before, during and after the audit. Finally, we will detail the infractions and the fines committed by the breach of the labor obligations.
